Step 1: The Estimate (Day 1)
We schedule a free on-site visit at your convenience. We measure the spaces, assess the condition of surfaces, discuss your color preferences and goals, and provide a detailed written estimate — usually within 24 hours. No pressure, no sales tactics.
Step 2: Scheduling
Once you approve the estimate, we schedule your project. Most interior jobs begin within 1-2 weeks. We'll confirm the exact start date and estimated timeline so you can plan accordingly.
Step 3: Prep Day(s)
This is where the magic happens. We move and cover furniture, lay drop cloths on all floors, mask off trim, fixtures, and hardware, and then repair and prep every surface. For exterior jobs, this includes power washing, scraping, and priming.
Step 4: Painting
We apply primer where needed, then two coats of your chosen color. Cut-in work (edges, corners, trim lines) is done by hand with a brush. Rolling is done in full, even coats with professional-grade rollers. We work room by room and clean up as we go.
Step 5: Detail Work
After the main painting is done, we go through every room for touch-ups, clean edges, and quality checks. Trim gets a final coat, any tape lines that need crisping get addressed, and hardware is reinstalled.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough
